Destination Motorsports has been a years long dream finally realized for me!
My passion for all things with wheels and tires began at roughly two years old. I drove my parents crazy with always demanding a new Hot Wheels car with each trip to the grocery store. Thankfully my father had the bug as well and as I grew, he allowed me to help with many projects he was working on. From simply holding a light to help with his task at hand, later on it developed into washing and waxing the family car and by junior high, I was elbows deep in grease. Shortly after high school and while I was attending Portland State University I began an auto accessory and performance business right here in Portland called ALTA Sports to help support my tuition. This quickly blossomed into a full time business! I have been blessed with continued success in the performance aftermarket and now employ 16 people! All of that to say that throughout my tenure in the aftermarket, I have enjoyed owning a wide variety of unique and interesting vehicles and have been fortunate enough to have an understanding wife to allow for a rotating collection. Destination Motorsports is an extension of that passion. I bring to you (my customer) vehicles that I feel are the best of the best!
In addition to being of the highest quality they run the gamut of styles, brands, and features. Some of which are being “re-homed” from my personal collection, others hand picked from lease returns, client consignments or local trades. UPDATE: Recently by combining efforts with my other companies, you can now choose a late model Subaru WRX / STI, MINI Cooper S / JCW or Mitsubishi Evolution with a variety of performance accessories already installed! With my relationship with local new car dealers, I can get you the exact spec on the new car, plus add the aftermarket parts you want to your vehicle prior to delivery. You can literally hand pick as many or as few items from our extensive catalog of products to get exactly what you want. This makes financing your modified dream car a breeze!
