You should know this vehicle was sold new in Eugene Oregon to the original owner. He loved the car until he passed in the early 2000's. His daughter inherited the car and wasn't an aficionado of VW and let the Bug "relax" for a few years in storage with under 20,000 miles showing on the clock.
Thankfully for the rest of us the Beetle was rescued a few years later but it was a bit too late for the engine, seat upholstery and paint. But the new owner spent tons of $$ to bring it to the level it is today. With a fresh 1776 Engine, Fresh Clutch, Better than New Respray and then some new upholstery this Beetle became the Volkswagen he and his wife always wanted. They have enjoyed it for a few years but still the total miles has only accumulated to 24000! They are downsizing and such the toy VW needed to go.

Potential buyers should be aware that this is a VERY rare car. This is one of the last Flat Glass Windshield Bodies to leave the factory. Most buyers opted for the larger bubble glass cars in the 70's, but purists really appreciated the flat glass style that is a key styling feature of all the original Bugs and Beetles. You can easily see this as an original with the location of the spare tire, straight tube axle front end, and of course the flat glass.
Car comes with original owners manuals, tools, spare tire, many receipts and a clean paper trail to confirm the miles as well. (Although one peek under the body, in the fenders and interior and you will know instantly that this little bugger has only been allowed to experience 24000 miles!)
Please pay close attention to the 50+ photos that detail the caliber of car this is! Note the rust and damage free pan. The detail photos of the front and rear showing how this bug body has never been involved in an accident. Headliner is clean and undamaged.
